Postage is a standard charge of £2.30

Postage next day £2.99

As all of our items are freshly made please allow 2 to 14 working days

We reserve the right to cancel any order if we do not receive the full payment for it within 14 days from the date of submission of the order unless we have agreed to an alternative time frame with the buyer.

Please note we cannot dispatch goods until we receive the payment in full.

we reserve the right to hold any money if any pre-orders as the pre-orders are custom-made and go through quality-controlled assessments pre-order money once sent to the supplier is nonrefundable due to the legal tests that are paid by the pre-order. 

Returns/ refunds are only accepted if the item is damaged or misplaced during transit
